The Sun Ra Arkestra celebrates its 60th anniversary, continuing the cosmic jazz heritage of mythical pianist, composer and electronic music…
American jazz saxophonist, flautist, vocalist and composer Knoel Scott has made a name for himself both sides of the Atlantic, as an original member of the Sun Ra Arkestra under the direction of Marshall Allen and also for his UK-based Knoel Scott Quartet. For this show with Gilles, Knoel selects influential music and presents new material from the Knoel Scott Quartet.
