„Linda May Han Oh Quartet“ Live At Bimhuis 28.04.2019

Super quartet from New York led by Linda May Han Oh, bassist of the year according to the Jazz Journalists’ Association, who previously played with Pat Metheny.

Linda May Han Oh was born in Malaysia and grew up in Australia, but her music breathes the energy of her current hometown New York, where she became part of the bands of Pat Metheny, Dave Douglas and Joe Lovano. Past summer she gave a wonderful concert at the BIMHUIS as part of the trio of her partner, pianist Fabian Almazan. Now the couple is back in a new trio featuring super drummer Rudy Royston.
